I'm happy to announce that with the help of the ever talented Flyermaster, I will begin revamping my youtube channel very shortly and you should start seeing new content on the channel as early as next week.
Quite excited about this, as the youtube channel has been admittedly neglected and now is a good time to put an end to this :)

I firmly believe Alban Berg's "Wozzeck" is the piece of music that has influenced me the most over the years.
I encourage you to first experience "Wozzeck", and then to go back to my music... all the way back :)

FYUTCHAFLEX IPTV - PROGRESS REPORT
Hi Everyone,
Great progress was made today.
I was able to gather all the hardware I need to finally start testing Fyutchaflex IPTV on a variety of displays.
Tomorrow I plan to get some storage for the device. The step after that will be to finish working on the operating system and some really simple software instructions and that will be it.
Fyutchaflex IPTV might by ready by next week if everything goes well.

Hey everyone,
Well, first of all, thanks for coming and thanks for assiduously reading the blog.
Guess what?
It's that time again :)
Essential Dubtechno and Deep House with yours truly, Intoccabile.
Deep electronic music, played with heart, dripping with soul, for your mind and for your feet.
This time the event will be held at Gus' Pub, on Agricola street, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
WHY FYUTCHAFLEX IPTV MAKES SENSE FOR MERCHANTS AND RETAILERS

What I will be doing in the next few weeks before this ships is fine tune the experience and the software platform but right now I have to say I am pretty pleased with the result.
Now let me tell you why Fyutchaflex IPTV makes sense, why I'm doing it in the first place.
This little box is meant for merchants, restaurants, bars, hair salons... in these locations, as you're well aware, displays are sometimes set-up and this is what I want to take advantage of... those displays!
What are those merchants doing with these displays?
They're playing dvd's or Bluray's, streaming cable... and why are they doing it? To entertain their customers while they're waiting, or simply to give them something to look at.
What I want to do is, through this box, provide fresh content that's relevant to them and entertaining for their customers who are sometimes stuck waiting for long periods of time.
If the merchant chooses to buy the box and stream his own content through the box (the content can be stored locally or on the Fyutchaflex servers), which I'm perfectly ok with, then I'll provide the box for 60 dollars (a steal), host the content for free, and the box comes, of course, with everything that's required to plug the box straight into a display.
If the merchant wants me to create audio-visual programs and customized ads for the box, I will give the box for free but charge for the content.
Either way, everybody wins here, the merchants don't have to bring in dvd's, bluray's, players, they can just cancel their cable subscription if they want... I win as I ship branded hardware and make a tidy profit out of it.
This is the idea, a simple idea: taking advantage of the hardware the merchants already have (the displays) and streaming fresh, relevant content using this box.

A few months ago I posted images of our music platform, Fyutchaflex IPTV.
Things looked promising enough:
Now, I have to say things have changed quite a bit. I wasn't really happy with the performance of the software and the hardware was not exactly what I had hoped for.
Fast forward a few months later, things are looking a lot better.
Hardware is looking great, very lightweight, and the software really doesn't get in the way of the experience.
This is Fyutchaflex IPTV as I imagined it.
Fyutchaflex IPTV is in production and will be available very shortly.

My next piece, entitled Te Deum, was done specifically for the Kansai Music conference in September 2013, Osaka.
I have poured resources, time and energy into this piece, you will not believe your ears, it is amazing, the best thing, and by far, I have ever done.
So... just a few more days and I will share this with you.

I'm quite proud to announce that Halifax State of Mind will be on sale the first of March 2013.
It's been a long time coming...
Artwork by the very talented Matt Seamz, music by yours truly.
It will be released (of course) on Fyutchaflex and distributed via AWAL which means worldwide distribution.
